FAQ

  1. Where are you located? – We are located in Leesburg, VA.
  2. Where do you ship from?  We ship from various suppliers located in the United States.  Depending on items ordered, they may ship separately.
  3. How much is shipping?  Shipping in the US is $6.99 for orders under 39.99 and $8.89 for orders $40 – 74.99.  Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $10 for all orders under $74.99. All other countries, shipping is $15 regardless of amount.
  4. When is shipping free? Checking current discounts.  Otherwise, shipping is free when you spend over $75 and includes the US, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico.
  5. When should I expect my order?  Most orders will process between 2-4 business days and then ship once process is complete.  Actual shipping will depend on your location.  Please refer to the shipping policy.
  6. How is my email address and/or phone number used?  Your email address or phone number is only used for tracking numbers, occasional newsletters and promotional discounts. We will not sell your information to anyone.
  7. Who do I contact if I have problems with my order?  If you encounter any issues of any kind, please contact huneezpot@huneezpot.com.
  8. Why is my gift card or coupon not working?  Check to make sure it has not expired.  If your gift card or coupon was for a promotion, it may have expired.
  9. Do you ship outside of the US?  Yes, if you have trouble checking out, please contact huneezpot@huneezpot.com and we will verify your shipping location.
  10. Which countries do you ship to?  In addition to the United States, we are currently shipping to:  Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom.
  11. Will you add any other countries?  Yes, but for now see #10.
  12. Do all items ship to every country listed?  We are currently shipping only to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and United Kingdom.
  13. How are discounts received?  You can receive discounts through email or text messages if you are registered.
